I believe having Sexual offenders released back into society that have already had other similar acts on their previous record should not be allowed to have the same rights as other people in the community. The government should have a program that can bring them back into society with many limitations and rules that allow them to live in a house with others that have the similar accusations against them, and earn their way back into society. When a sex offender is released back into the community the public should be notified of this certain person and what the situation is based on what they have done and what should take place if the public suspect anything of an offenders actions.
